Default Tinting back with privacy

Thinking of a ceramic tint and want to try diy-ing it. Yea I know I could screw it up, but tint is cheap and I really want to learn. I have the 2011 with privacy

what percent film are you using in the back? Do you know what percent may go with front windows to keep it safely at 35%?

You won't be able to match the front to the rear, the rear is dyed glass not tinted. I have 5% around the entire truck and 35% on the windshield I have 0 issues with visibility at night. To tint properly remove the door panels and the weather strip thats clipped into the door after you take the door panels off.

Removing the door panel and window trim can be done, but it's imo definitely a pita. Have a good selection of panel removal tools.

Here are stock numbers on a 2016 LX. Just remember that any tint applied will be compounded by what's already in the dyed window. This is usually only a matter of legality and you can tell for personal preference by holding sheet up to the window for your taste.
