Is this a new LX or an older LX? I am assuming the height control is failing?

You can't unless you pay someone a lot of money to crack and reprogram the software.

Like others have said, you would need to somehow reprogram the software. However, you can adjust the sensors and gain a bit of lift out of it.

You cannot do what you are asking. There is good reason for this. Alignment changes with the various heights, as well as suspension travel limits and vehicle stability. There is a ton of information on AHC over in the Land Cruiser 200/LX570 forums on www.ih8mud.com. It is a very sophisticated and specialized system that is very often underrated.

I was sitting my truck today eating lunch with it at the highest setting and after about 30 minutes the front end went down to normal height by itself. Kind of caught me off guard because it lowers so much faster than it raises.

Must the lunch that started to be digested in your body .

I am assuming you had your engine running while parked. The level sensor could be at a bother line (front vs. rear height with respect to the road / ground), and a slight movement was enough to cause the front / rear leveler adjustment. It's also not good to allow your engine to idle unnecessary.
