Has anyone replaced their backup camera for better one...... more HD to see at night? The original one has poor quality worse than Honda Ridgeline. I would like to know if there is any aftermarket camera that is better than EOM.

The resolution of the display is not only determined by the camera, more so is determined by the display unit and process. Not sure which years of LX that you have, the pre-2016 LX center display only support 480 vertical resolution which is about VHS quality. So, just by replacing the camera is not going to do anything for you.

I have the 2016 LX. I don't see the resolution is the problem, rather the night illumination. I have changed backup bulb to LED, which emits much bright and white light at night, it seems worked fine with me.

I did it too.....to LED. I cannot see any better than the bulb and it is worse than Honda Ridgeline. Oh wait, I changed only backup lights. Did you change them all? If so, please recommend me which one.

Those are what I have used to replace OEM backup light bulbs:
I find my 2013 backup camera to be fine for checking for pedestrian traffic or other vehicles behind me while backing out of a parking space, day and night. I'm bot really interested in having hi-def resolution, just being able to avoid hitting someone or something behind me.
Where I really find the LX camera sucks is when using it as a trailer hitch-up tool. The resolution is OK but the camera is mounted off the centerline of the LX, so I am m looking at the trailer hitch and ball mount at an angle. Sometimes I do a decent job at compensating for the oblique view, and sometimes I don't. The other 2 vehicles I have with backup cameras have them mounted directly on the centerline. For the LX I sometimes use a wireless magnetic mount camera, stuck on to look down directly at the ball mount, but the monitor screen is only 2 inches.
I considered adding a reverse floodlight to the LX , but I never could decide where to mount one. I recently added one to my pickup and the illumination and camera view are amazing. It is not wired into the reverse lights in the vehicle, but to a separate switch (the truck had unwired switches to make it easy to add) , so I can put the truck in park while leaving the floodlight on to see to hook up the safety chains, trailer plug, and such.
