Thank you! Just replaced both front seat filters. 2 minutes job. Remove floor mat, pull seat all the way forward, and all the way up. Required slim hands though.

Otherwise remove the seats as other poster mentioned.

Next on my list is to install wiper insert.

 

I removed the front seat filters with only about 15 degrees of rotation. Thought maybe it was almost unscrewed. Cleaned them. Attempted to put them back on and expected to turn it a few rotations. It feels like it only goes about 15 degrees and never feels at all snug. I tried twisting harder but it seemed to be at the end of its travel. Same for both sides. I have a 2010. Am I doing this wrong?

 

They aren't threaded. You did it. Congrats.
