Default 2014 SWB intermittent hard start

My 2014 LS 460, with about 100,000 miles has been having intermittent hard start problems. When I push start button sometimes it will start to crank and immediately stop. I have replaced the car battery and key fob battery, no change. I even tried my spare fob with new battery, no change. I wait a few seconds and push button again and starts right up, with a fast cranking. No lights or error messages. Anyone experience this? HELP
Thanks in advance for your help.

Did you use an error code reader to check for errors?

I could be wrong, but your issue might be caused by the starter cut relay. Below is the relay testing procedure.

Anfanger, the starter cut relay sounds like it could be the problem. Where is the starter cut relay located? Is it part of the starter or the solenoid? Thanks for your help.

Below see where to find the relay.

While you are at it, check the starter relay as well.

Thanks Anfanger. Does the LS have both starter cut relay snd a separate starter relay? Looks like the tests you sent is the same for both. Thanks.

There are 2 relays that have, what it seems, the same testing routine.
