what is your opinion on the figs engineering upper control arm upgraded poly bushing?
will a stiffer upper control arm bushing put more stress on the lower control arms
I wouldn't get it, it will transmit too much shock unless you are okay with that in a car like an LS. A stiffer upper won't really effect the lower since they are responsible for different jobs in a multi-link system. Each link/pair of links controls a certain aspect of the wheel attitude so if they are not sharing a job forces related to that job won't (in theory.....) effect them.
IMO OEM last the longest. When I changed the uppers at 100k the bushings were still good but the ball joint had too much play. Even with that play my alignment was spot on and I had NO signs that anything was wrong. I only changed them because I got caught up in all ranting on this forum about control arms. I replaced them with Febest arms that lasted about 60k.
The aftermarket ones are basically the same so just buy the ones with the best warranty. Don't overthink the process.

Nobody mentioned this but you should buy the upgraded arms for 2013 years and up.
There were design flaws up to that year which caused premature wear. Lexus resolved the issues in 2013.
The control arms are the same but have different part numbers. So just pretend your car is a 2013 and order accordingly.
And nobody from Lexus dealerships will tell you this. If you have it repaired there, they will put the bad designed arms on your car and never tell you about the newer improved ones. I know cause it happened to me.
So when my wear out again I will be putting the newer ones on.
And that 15 bucks goes to hell when you price the 2013 ones.

2011, AWD LWB no air susp. 100k miles with new brakes. Changing at least front bushings and front axles at a local shop. What should I have done proactively while the arms are being done? Stabilizer bar bushings? Tie rod ends? Wheel bearings? Shocks? I am cost sensitive so the reason to do them proactively is to save on labor later. Not sure what tends to fail about now.
