Default My horn does not work...

Over the past few years the horn would work and then not work. It would work mostly in the cold months and not so much in the summer. (Charlotte, NC) Recently, it has stopped 100% and I need to get it fixed. I think I need to check the fuse, but I don't know which one to buy nor do I know where the fuse box is located. I would appreciate some help with this. Please treat me like a 6 year old. LOL

I think it's a short somewhere and not a fuse, but I am FAR from an expert! Thank you for your help as always!

I couldn't find my horn problem and mine stopped working for 3 months and then yesterday it worked when I hit it but, it won't work tomorrow I'm sure. I quit worrying about it but I just need it to work in February when it's time for inspection. Good luck Sir. I think it's this North Carolina GAS. (Greensboro)

I wish you guys would have said that these are not size fuses. I purchased some from Amazon and they were very different in size. If everything else works with that fuse, would simple logic say something is wrong with the horn system itself?

if all fuses look good. Then safe to say its either your horn itself. If horn is good then according to the symptoms you stated earlier with horn working then not working. You need a new clockspring. search up chrisfix on youtube and its fairly easy install. good luck.

My intermittent horn was caused by a defective horn pad / air bag assembly. The horn worked reliably after the assembly was replaced. Have the problem diagnosed by a pro. A Lexus tech figured our my horn problem in a few minutes.
