Default Cig lighter/accessory outlet doesn't work

The one inside the glove box works fine, but the one in the ash tray doesn't work. I've checked the fuse, and it is fine.

Any thoughts?

Ok, I found the problem. I had to take the whole assembly out: put on parking brake, move key to acc, move gear to 2L, and then just gently pull the whole assembly out. I then had to take the thing apart and get to the bolt that holds the back of the sig assembly together. I inscrewed that, took everything apart, and then put it back together. It works now. Something must have come loose.
