arent windows all supposed to roll up?
Arent all the windowd supposed to roll up when i press the lock button on the remote? these couple of days i frequently forget to roll up one of the windows.... how do i prevent that from happening.
Lexus power windows have an Anti-Jam feature that stops the window from closing if it encounters an obstruction.
Normal ta[ down or tug up will then Auto Open or Auto Close.
If you hold the switch up while closing you override the Anti-Jam feature (what if a panhandler were to attempt to reach into the car?)
Holding the fob "Unlock" button is equivalent to Holding the inside door switch to open a window
If you could hold the fob "Lock" button to close the window and it were to encounter a fragile item it would not stop. (what if there were a child sticking their head out?)
You can put the mechanical key from the fob in the driver's door key cylinder and turn it Counter Clock Wise and roll up any open window but...
many of our key cylinders are covered by sleek covers that are awkward to remove quickly.
