Default power steering issue

after playing with the steering wheel jerking it from left to right. it seem to work. last night while at a red light. the power steering become very stiff..steering wheel feels very hard and shaking when turning. i got home and tried the lef to right trick to see if it works, no luck at all..

have the master light, power steering light and the brake system warning light on...... what you guys think is the problem? fluid? fuse? sensor ?

first time when i notice the power steering lights came on. it was c1555 welding failure. i was told to jerk the wheel left and right when starting.. it worked so far so now this happens. completely locked, when try to turn... its hell.....

DO YOU THINK ITS THE BATTERY?

The steering is electronic so no fluid is used. You hit it on the head check the fuses first if not get your battery checked out.
