Is it possible you changed your battery without turning the ignition off?
Anyway, what you need to do now is turn your ignition off and then disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for a few minutes. Then reconnect the battery and start the car as you normally would.

OK, So, I remember that there is a certain way you have to let the car reprogram the the system but, I don't know the procedure but, the guys on here will know what to tell you. Sorry I couldn't be more help but, now, they know how to steer you in the right direction. Standby.

Thanks. The car battery was completely dead when i went to start it
not so much as a click. Rather than boost it from the new battery which i did this morning no problem i swapped it out and thats when my problems all came up. I have the negative terminal disconnected in the hopes that someone on this forum may be able to assist me. I can start the car but again everything is not functioning and the braking system is locked up and cant be released.

I am working with very little information. You seem to be in a "snow storm" and you believe that your brakes are locked and that is related to replacing your battery.
I think you have to consider that your brakes are not locked, but that your car has frozen to the driving surface or that you don't have any traction because of ice or a combination of that.
Since you are in a "mess," don't worry about those lights. They will not keep you from driving your car. The lights are probably related to the battery replacement and we can help you deal with that when conditions are safer.

If your parking brake has become set, some how, be sure to release it.

I know it's to late now but there is a neat little item you can buy on-line that will allow you to save all your settings. It plugs into your lighter and it has a connection for a 9 Volt battery on the other side. It's called a memory saver. Some also have a pair of gator clips you can attach to the + & - terminal cables under the hood as you disconnect you dead battery. Just be sure doors and all lights are closed. Disconnect before you turn on the ignition.
