Default Power Window Adjusmant Problem

I am driving a LS460 MY 2010 with meanwhile 205'000 km. When I purchased The car some years ago, I had an issue with the window driverside. I first had strong wind noise which was mainly due to the rubber being kind of dry and not porperly positinned. I could fix this with silicon paste treatment and the spoiler mod. So far so good, but I still have an issue with The adjustment of The window. When the window is at the top end position there is a strong wind Noise while driving. When I move the window just a Little bit down the noise goes away. Can somebody help with a hint how this can be fixed either by mechanical or electrical adjusment so that I do not have to adjust manually all the Time?

The "bump solution". Lots of people have to do this to minimize wind noise.
