im driving and i hear a creeking sound from the rear. i think the back window is lose or something. while driving it creeks, and i believe its coming from the back window. has any one have this problem?
yes i have it too and there is a whole thread awhile back with people complaining about this. no real fix either at this point. mine is driving me crazy!!
Im not sure if it was this issue but I heard about a TSB regarding the clips that hold the window in place and dealers are putting felt on the clips??... My window makes a creaking/rattling noise as well and I agree that it's annoying; however getting it fixed can be even more annoying.
lexus is notorius for the seals on windows loosing its seal in the corners, if you look at the corners of your back windows its probably coming out...this has been a problem with lexus windows of the past and other models.

Could be the culprit, but one would think that is the seal is broken there would be wind noise and/or condensation build-up on the inside of the vehicle/window at this point as well.
I think this issue may be related to the plastic clips that designed to hold the window in place after installation - to allow the sealer to dry w/out movement of the window. If I had this issue, I would break these off to prevent the clips from rubbing against each other and see if that helps.
I had this problem and it turned out that the molding for the c-pillar wasn't clipped in properly. After they fixed the c-pillar issue, all noise from the rear went away.
Has anyone contacted lexus about this issue?? I think we should at least start emailing them about this issue and maybe a link to the thread to prove that there are quite a few people with this problem.
