I had a dealership replace my Map drive and the first time I used it the system start re loading every couple of minutes and then just stopped with a dark screen before I take it back to the dealer I want to know whats wrong? Also when the code is loading it doesn't complete the strip before booting.

 

Sounds like its rebooting the entire system every time you start the car. This happens when the battery dies. Maybe the backup power connector isn't working. In any event, take it back to the dealer that did the work.
