Same issue
I just started having the exact same problem thia morning...I guess it doesn't look good for me in terms of what the end solution is going to be. Did they have to tear apart your car?
Haven't been able to find anything specifically on this issue. Yesterday my navigation system won't boot up all the way. I get the Lexus screen then the warnings screen then it repeats again and again. I had hoped leaving the car off overnight would "fix" the issue but NO. Today I removed the negative on the battery to hope to reset the system. I got the loading screen then the normal lexus/warnings screen then again with repeating. I don't have a dealership nearby so I would love any feedback or remedies. I read where the nav unit was located in the trunk on the right side but I was unable to find it by simply lifting the spare tire cover. Thanks!

This issue occurred this morning also.... I was totally freak out since I bought my lexus 1 month ago... Called dealers and all of them are saying: sorry we don't have a solution....

See the other thread. Your issue today is likely different than the other posts in this tread. It is apparently a nation-wide issue. My dealer called me this morning a few hours after I made a service call and told me he's had several calls this morning and the regional tech guy told him they were aware and working on a fix. Someone in the other thread suggested disconnecting the battery for ten minutes.

Disconnect the battery might temporally solve the issue...
I disconnected the battery for 5 minutes and re-initialized the vehicle. Now it seems to be back to normal... I will see how long it will last. Thanks!!

Saw in another tread that the fix only lasts until the car is cycled off again. Uggghhh. Also saw someone mentioning a satellite was down, causing the issue.

Hope it is the satellite issue so that one fix can save everybody lol. But based on my research similar issues have been observed during the passed 2 years...
