Awesome, thank you. It seems the auto function is not one tick above the off position like in currents models so I could not tell if they had it at all. I knew Lexus wouldn't make such a flub as not equipping their flagship without automatic headlights lol.
Does the '07 LS have automatic headlights? From pictures I've seen, it doesn't seem so.
What sort of "automatic headlights" are we talking about?
There is the kind that automatically turns the headlights off and on in response to ambient light conditions when the ignition is ON.
And there is the kind that automatically turns the headlights off, if they are on, when the ignition is OFF.
The kind that works when the ignition is on is enable and disabled by the AUTO position on the light control stalk.
The kind that that works when the ignition is off is autonomous (has not controls) and works for all settings that would cause any of the exterior lights to be on.
As far as I know all of the LS460s are equipped with both kinds of light controls.

I'm referring to the first type you described where the lights come on with low ambient light. It's just difficult to tell from the limited view of listing pictures. Here's an example. From most views this is as much of the stalk I could see. There's no "auto" marking at this angle so I was unsure.

As a side note, if the lights are on after you turn off the ignition you can press the lock button twice and the lights will shut off if you don’t want to wait for them to turn off automatically. I know this works when the light stalk is in the on position not sure if it works in the auto position as well.

Thanks for pointing this out - it works in the AUTO position too.
Another useful tidbit is how to prevent the lights from turning off automatically when the ignition is off. If you find yourself in an emergency, needing to keep the parking lights or headlights on after the ignition is turned off you can turn the ignition off and then turn the light control stalk to OFF and then to parking lights on or headlights on and the lights will stay on until the battery is fully depleted.
