Default 2010 ls460 sport, should i buy it?

I met an old couple at the dealership who were looking at a cpo lx. Chatted with them for a bit and found out that they are trading in their 2010 ls460 sport with only 35k miles. Color is smoky granite mica and the car has all the service records. They set the price to $25k if i want to buy it from them instead of trading.
My question is, should i jump on it? Is it a steal for the price? Whats the average market value of the car? Thanks in advance for all your comments.

That is a pretty good deal at that mileage but remember all the sports have the air suspension which will likely cost thousands down the line when it has issues/goes out. I do really like the interior combo of the sports though.

Thank's again for all the replies. Just wondering, whats the current average market value of this specific car nowadays? I just want to know how much I'm saving if I proceed with this deal.

I just bought a 2010 same color from a Lexus dealer with 58,000 miles for $25,200. I'd say it's a deal. NADA values it at almost 30k with 8k extra for the low milage. There are low cost suspension parts on ebay.
