Does anyone have a good experience to share with regards to dealerships? Positive experiences only please. If you have a dealer that you would like to mention by name with a positive message please do so.

I have been fortunate in that I have not had severe issues with any of the vehicles I have owned (Subaru, Toyota, Lexus). I have always taken my vehicles to dealerships for all the services I have done. They have been competitive in price and I know they can pull up the detailed service records as needed. Sure they charge a bit extra (5-10%) for some services, but I can be assured they will use OEM parts and techs familiar with the vehicle. Everyone (dealer or otherwise) is in business to turn a profit and not for public service. Some dealerships are greedier than others, but that's true for any business sector.
OK, I will get off my soapbox and relate a specific experience. When my St. Louis Lexus dealer discovered that my previous Lexus (2012 CPO LS460) had an aftermarket front bumper cover, they took up the matter with the Madison (WI) Lexus dealership that sold me the vehicle. My SA made sure that I got a new front bumper and undercarriage parts paid for by the Madison dealership. Maybe it was a CPO warranty repair, but the Madison dealership knowingly sold me a "damaged" vehicle. Madison dealer ; Mungenast Lexus St. Louis great!

Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta service. Only Lexus dealer in Atlanta that I have respect for. Other 3 in the northern suberbs are hobby ran businesses with focus on ripping off people...
Apparently that should have been my replay as well. My humorous (at least I thought it was) response, got deleted as being "inflammatory."
In retrospect though, I must say that I have received excellent service from my current Toyota dealer. Valley Toyota in Chilliwack, BC. Have not yet had to deal with a Lexus dealer for service but will need to soon, for my recall. Valley Toyota, gives me a 15% discount on parts and the two services I've had (tranny flush and brake flush) were handles efficiently and courteously. The added bonus being that their pricing is very good......150 for trans and 79 for brakes.....all while sipping free cappuccinos and lattes and watching TV.

Johnson Lexus of Durham, NC have been pretty good with recalls/service bulletins so far although I need to take in my LS to have the sticky door panels replaced (never got the notification from Lexus so I hope I don't have any problems getting it done).
When it comes to buying a car, my dealership doesn't deal. But for basic service, Lexus of Memphis has been more than fair and honest. I know most of the service writers, and while some of them hide when they see me coming, I know my car is in good hands.
