Default 17-inch Wheels Fit?

Has anyone ever put 17-inch wheels on an LS460/600h (without sport brakes)? The rotors are the same size as the IS350 which comes with 17-inch, but the calipers are different, just curious if it's ever been done. I know most people go up in size, but maybe someone has done it for winter tires or something.

Thanks so much!

Jeff

the sports brakes have larger rotors right? i think that would make them larger than is350?

Without sport brakes are the same size as the IS350. With sport brakes is larger, that's correct.

I'm asking about without sport brakes.

The 17" ls430 wheels would clear the calipers. Problem is the bolt pattern is different. I'm sure the right rim would fit. There is a term for this measurement but I don't remember it.

Yeah, I would think it should clear. Basically I am planning on using the LS calipers on another car, but need to clear 17" wheels. I know the IS calipers can clear 17" wheels with the same size rotors, but they won't work with the knuckle, the LS calipers look like they should work, but I was just curious about clearance to the wheel, if it's a thicker casting, it may not work.

Thanks again!

Yes, the rotors and some calipers will clear 17's, including Stoptech's, but what I really need to know is specifically the factory 334mm front brakes on a 2007+ LS460, if they will clear 17's.

I have 24" on mine and everything fits fine and no ride problems. They had to take the knuckles out but you can't tell!!!!
