Air Controller Setting
For those who use the data systems controller for your factory air suspension, what settings/levels do drive on?
I tried driving on 6 in the rear 6 driver front and 5 passenger front. The rear driver side strut feels like its bottoming out when ever I hit a bump or something. The weird thing about this side is that it sits 1/4 inch higher that the other side. Unfortunately only the fronts can be adjusted independently. I'm not sure if i need to mess with the height sensor or if the strut is going bad? I have a 2009 w/ 55K miles.

my ride's pretty horrible -- i'm at 6 all the way around. my car is a 600h though, so the suspension design is a little bit different (i have less travel than an rwd car)
try setting the suspension into sport mode -- it helps a bit.

6 is pretty low. I drive on 3 daily and 5 when I feel like doing some crusing. And 8 when I park it at meets. If Im driving on 5, I usually switch over to comfort and it feels a bit better.
Do you have aftermarket wheels?

How often do you guys change your settings? I've been driving on 6 them going to L when I park. I only drive around maybe 3-4 times a week. I'm wondering if I change the setting too much I'll mess up the air suspension...
Also - does the suspension automatically go lower when you are on the freeway? I noticed that when on the screen with the 4 horizontal bars, and driving on the highway all bars are maxed out - similar to when I am on L.

I play with the settings about 3 times a week only. Most of the time when Im parked to show off or when its raining and I feel there's some flooding somewhere on my route. I did raise it all the way a few days go and then hit the high height button and it looked horrible. But I only did that to test the HID kit I'd just got for the fogs.

i ride on L all the time now. in the beginning i thought L was a crappy ride, but there is no noticeable difference on any setting lower than 6. i'm on 22s with falkens and the ride is even better than the stock pilots. the ride can be harsh sometimes depending on the roads, but for the most part, no problem.
