Default Headlight adjustment

Lexus makes the headlight beams on their cars noticeably lower than that of the right to avoid blinding oncoming traffic. I had this fixed on my GS350. HAs anyone had the dealership adjust the headlight to be even???

Thanks

Thanks for the tip. I know the dealership adjusted my GS before so I will have them do it. In terms of someone complaining that the light doesnt move easily when adjusted, I remember my service rep telling me that they had to turn the thing like 10 times to get it to move a tiny bit. I think they so it like this to make fine tuning easier

Man, calm down. Folks just never take the time to do simple searches anymore. The issue was discussed..just need to take time to read the information. Sorry it wasn't as easy as "like a good neighbor, state farm is there" and boom your headlights adjusted themselves

Cmon Son, I answered you in GREAT detail on Dec 14, 2010...man, you ungrateful summa bish lol...you done forgot this post huh, not sure what else i can tell you..the screw closest to the front of the car is for vertical and you can easily see which way the beam is going AS YOU WATCH IT GO UP OR DOWN ON THE WALL WHILE TURNING THE SCREW. (talkin slow) just sayin...cmon son see thread below in case you forgot how i tried to help you before...

yeah man..i saw that thread and replied to it. My prob was that the screw closest to the front, one side passenger is accessible but the driver, there is a metal prong like cap covering it up..not sure if i should bust that and get cranking.

also i turned it (passenger side) and cranked it all the way left and then all the way right..don't see anything moved. may try it again tonight.

just let the dealership handle it. Is it even worth the stress and the search. Let them do what they get paid to do
