Default New style for 2012?

Hey guys,

I've heard that the LS460 will have a totally new redesigned body for 2012, is this true or just rumors?

Nice looks like we will get a new LS build in 2013, so just a couple of years to save!

They mentioned this from the link you provided.

VX: A seven-seat, car-based large crossover above the RX 350 is possible. Owners have told Lexus that towing is not as important as driveability and seating capacity. Lexus is studying a competitor to the BMW X6 crossover based on the next generation of the GS/IS platform.

It will debut in August, 2012 in Japan as 2013 model with a 5 liter V8. Don't know how accurate the rendering is, but it looks kind of small:

Granted I know this is not an Amercian publication, however, the translation is so rough I would take this with a grain of salt. I would agree that in all likelyhood we will see a new IS and GS before a new LS hits the market.

last weekend, just out of curiosity, i looked at the new jag xj and the audi a8 at local dealers. I have to tell you, i like my 460 better. I hope lexus doesn't screw up the ls460 when its time to refresh it.
