Everyone receive $500 yet?

Just called the number and I am SOL. They confirmed that I will not be getting $500 gift card, just the extended powertrain warranty. Only cars with extended warranty purchased on the books get the $500. So Tee, looks like the previous owner of your car purchased an extended warranty and the VIN is tied to that..so you lucked out homeboy! #yesiamhatinrightnowson

card has your name on it, at my dealership they verified that it was mine. I guess someone else could use it online. I just cleared mine off at Sewell onine with AC refresher kits, oil filters and some cool tools for removing the inside panels and dash. It was a nice 500 perk, including a Nav update.

Did you get a letter from Lexus after the VSR?
I did my VSR late November. I called them every month since and they are saying I will receive the $1500 certificate and a letter saying if I will get the $500 or extended warranty. All this is acceptable, the only problem is it've been 4 months, no letter no nothing! 
How many out there never receive any communication after the VSR from Lexus? I gave up calling them, I think eventually I will receive something from them, but those custom service people just don't know nothing about custom service!

when I asked for mine they guy said its coming " but it will be a while". I still have not received a thing. I have a feeling that we may be getting screwed. I have purchased an extended warranty already and would prefer the cash or the credit card

Email Lexus. They told me all cards would go out by the end of Feb. I emailed them after they broke that promise, and they sent it out immediately.

Update: I am probably one of the last owners to receive the $500.(no card yet).
Still have not gotten the card, even though promised to receive it in March 2011.
Just received the $1500 loyalty certificate, no good to me as I am not planning on buying a new Lexus before the expiration date.
Lexus did say in the letter I would be receiving the $500 in a separate mailing.
The certificate had my PO box number plus 2 other numbers. I thought that I straightened out the wrong PO box number last year when I started this long quest for the card. Guess they still have the wrong PO box number but the post office found me anyway. I will call again the 8Th time to try to get them to correct the wrong PO box number. Still hoping, even though I started this quest 11 months ago.

Took my '08 LS in for valve recall on Nov 26, 2010.
Received $1,500 "one-year discount" certificate 3 weeks later.
Received $500 Loyalty Card yesterday (3-26-11).
Was disappointed/surprised to see it was only good for 1-year as is $1,500 certificate.
Maybe they think it's only going to run for another year.

We're all complaining about our loyalty certificates and gift cards being late, but, to put it in context, BMW North America reacted to the N54 HPFP issue by denying it, even when some owners had multiple replacements, they did not initiate a recall until they had a class action lawsuit, and there was never any gifts other than extending the powertrain warranty to what other car manufacturers have as standard anyway.
