Default No sound coming out from stereo

Hi, I got a 07 ls460l with ml stereo. The problem is that there is no sound coming from radio or cd. I tried to adjust the balance, fade, ect. but could not adjust. Everything else on the touch screen I can adjust except for the speaker part. Right now the speaker adjustment are all the way to the right rear, I can not readjust that to the middle, I touch the icon front, rear, left, right but nothing moved. As I stated everything else on the touchscreen works except to adjust my speakers. Also I can not find the fade adjustment anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

if you press on audio, lower left, you should see sound button. click on it and you should see seats on the right. there is where you control balance and fade

when going through nav, do you hear the beeping (if it's enabled)? sounds like something is dead or some harnesses is not connected tightly. was it working when you got the car?

There is no sound at all, I even touch on the bass, treble, front, back but nothing moved. Could this mean that my amp is bad???? If so, why can't I adjust my audio buttons?

it could be the amp, though most of the failures i have seen so far, people are getting annoying beeping / buzzing sound

i suppose car is out of warranty?

Yes, it is out of warranty. So if the amp is bad, it keeps me from adjusting the audio buttons. Everything on the touchscreen works ie.navi,a/c excecpt for the audio buttons, sounds.

Yup, I had that very problem- blown amp on my 07 LS460L. I piercing ticking sound was the only thing I could hear. Fixed under warranty.

Could you control any of your audio buttons? Left, right, back, front, bass, treble?

No, couldn't control a thing. I'm guessing it's likely the same issue.

But you still could control your navi and everything else except for your audio buttons?
