rattling noise

rattling noise

This noise comes from front of the car as if loose rubber or plastic moulding.i have inspected under neath but nothing seems loose(balljoint,tie rod.....etc
any advice thanks

I had the same problem. It was the behind the dash and the dealership fixed it with a new recall noise damper. Problem solved

It's a fairly known issues in some LS460's. Dealerships know it and already have a procedure/Lexus directive to fix it as stated above. It's behind the dash.

I hear like a water pouring sound behind my dash. Sometime I hear rattles but only in very very rough road. Do I have the same problem? What's the dealer fix? Is there a TSIB?

Thanks JFNash. My Vin is 47xxx and the TSIB stopped at 45xxx. Does anyone know the dealer will do the repair above the Vin range?
