That's the most difficult cover to remove in these car imo, I switched all the non led bulbs in my 13 using a very thin flat blade jewellers screwdriver because the plastic ones were too thick and still made some marks. You can't see the marks unless you're looking for them, the 2 screws under the cover have to come off to drop the housing.

 

Got the dome removed y'day to tap wiring. Gently pry on the bottom and you gotta remove two screws, inside the sunglasses holder.
