Does anyone know if dealers are acepting orders for 2008 LS460's yet?

 

I don't see why not, when I was at a dealer last weekend & told them I won't be getting one until 08, the salesman told me I can order one right now.

 

Not sure of your region, but the 08 LS vessels start to arrive in Jacksonville on 8/31/07 and retail sales begin a week after on 9/7/07.

 

I've never known any dealer not to accept an order ......... even when they know they can't fill it!

I know my dealer in Mass. is accepting orders.

 

I have an order in for a 2008; I expect it in late Sep/early Oct

 

If you don't mind. Were you able to negotiate a discount?

Nope, not at this point. I may try for some discounted service or warranty extension when I close the deal.

 

Heck, I ordered a 2008 LS460 on July 5th. The dealer told me they were only taking orders on '08's and my car, special order, would arrive late Sept. or early October. This was all good for me, I wanted an '08 in the hopes that the wind noise would be fixed during the build at the factory.
