Attempting again with a rigged up grinder to be able to get in this hard to reach spot without moving my axel out. I think I would’ve rather paid anyone to do this job. 🤣🫣
finally wow 20 hours later at least and $100 in blades.

Gerf what's the air chisel and the welding torch for? I thought you could unbolt the upper control arms without cutting parts!

@2011LS460awd was working on the lower arms at that time, the bolts going through the bushing sleeves like to seize up there.

Ha exactly. Seized is not the word. They died and went to hell in that hole. It was ridiculously difficult to remove on the passenger side. I even spent $200 to get this awesome little hitting up bolt tool off amazon. Works great in a sense but still would remove them. Grinder and many hours only thing that worked. I nicked inside of my sway bar😬 I’ll replace that one day. Not a horrible cut but I’m **** like that to fix things.

I went the same route as you did, it took a while to remove the arms.

shouldn’t they have made a grease point in there? I’m just brainstorming a better concept

Yes, but they didn't. I packed anti-seize between sleeves and bolts in all suspension parts. I never had an issue removing the bolts.
