I was just driving normally and then the car back starting bouncing really badly i don't know what's going the bounce is really bad and only happening from the back. I do one thing tho that my front lower rearward control arms mounting bushing are completely torn and also both sides front forward and rearward control arms are also torn. Pls help

 

One or both of the rear struts are probably shot. Take a look with a flashlight you'll likely see oil leaking out of them.
