Default Wheels/spacers issue

Trying to fit aftermarket 18s on my 2002 LS430 that has 16s currently. The 18s won't clear without 10mm spacers based on my measurement. But I can't seem to find any spacers in the 73.1 bore size for this wheel.....anywhere. Everything is 20mm+. I am new to this car and wheels/spacers in general. Any advice appreciated.

10mm is gonna be tough, as there's no spacers with built in bolts that thin that's why you only see 20mm. You can find them with built in studs for 15mm. You are looking at 10mm thin spacers that will probably require you to replace your factory bolts with extended bolts. Plus it will not be hub centric as the 10mm pretty much takes up all of the factory hub lip.

Yeah you'll probably have to go with 15mm+ unless you want to do the extended lug bolts

Offset doesn't matter it's the wheel spoke design whether it clears the front calipers or not

I got some rings from Amazon (to return easily if needed) and they make the spacers I got fit. The holes/studs line up. Is there any issue with doing this?

What spacers did you get? They should already be hub centric and you don't need rings for OEM wheels, you might need rings for aftermarket wheels so there's no vibrations. But hard to say without knowing what kinda spacers you running. Thicker spacers usually has hub centric lip built in the thinner ones might not.

No there should be no issues. Most spacers that are hubcentric will be the same bore as the hub, so aftermarket wheels will typically still need the rings (I know mine do!)

Just make sure to recheck the torque on your lug bolts after the first few drives
