Yes i just got done changing them. If your rears are cooled/heated they have filters as well. Its under the seat and fairly difficult to remove due to tight space. Couple good tutorials on youtube. Generally putting the seat all the way up will give you barely enough room. Removing floor mats can help too.

I think I read somewhere staying the filters are kind of expensive...not sure how often you should replace them.

I did the driver's seat only because I never have passengers. The performance of the cooled seats is pretty poor IMO on these cars and that's coming from someone who lives in Houston. Even on my GX460, the cooling feature on the seats is noticeable, but not great...

Aid to the ventilated seats performance - Lexus Automatic HVAC selects the dash vents for
the cooled air and selects the floor vents when heating above ambient is called for. The ventilated
seats pick up floor air and percolated it up through the seats...to your seat. Simple hack when
the heat is extreme is to press the HVAC Mode button just once. This changes the Dash only
mode choice the system set to Dash and Floor. Now refrigerated air will flow past your feet on the
way to your seat.

wouldn't removing the filters create more airflow?

I tried that, but no dice. Could be my perforated seats are clogged up over the years. Could also be something to do with fluid dynamics and pressure/volume.
