I'm new to this or any forum and don't really know how this works. I have a Radio that will not turn on. Have checked all fuses and found no issues. Just bought this vehicle and it appears that someone has piggy backed into one of the radio fuses with a speaker which I suppose is for a hands free talking device. Vehicle was not operational when I purchased it and battery was dead. I've since repaired the mechanical issue, blown spark plug hole, and replaced the battery. I see there is a display screen which does provide GPS; however, when I push Radio function, it tells me that the radio is turned off. I've got a few other small issues with the vehicle that I am in the process of working out, like the steering wheel will not tilt up or down but will extend outward. Again, I am checking fuses and not finding issues. I hope this is where I put questions and that I get some valuable responses

 

The steering wheel issue is common, most all ls430s have this problem at this point. If it is really a problem for you the motor can be replaced it's just expensive.

The radio fuse is in the passenger footwell fuse box, top right 7.5amp fuse. If that fuse is ok your next step should be to remove the radio and find out what the PO has done, maybe they left it unplugged after they removed the hands free device.
