SO i have a base model that didnt come with Navigation but got a head unit for free but want no to know what is all needed to get going so that i can use navi? i heard its a pain in the *** and have to pretty much take apart the car. Theres like 6 things i will need? just want to know what exact parts i need. maybe try to go to junk yard and get all the parts from there or just go to dealership. do really care just want to get it connected. TIA

 

Not worth trying to add the OEM stuff in, best bet would be to get a Beatsonic Double DIN Kit, and a new aftermarket Head Unit.

 

I want to get rid of my navigation, we could trade wiring harnesses!

The navigation is complete **** in this car,just use your iphone

You have a phone don't you? Nav is literally the most pointless option these days in the age of the phone GPS system.

 

LOL I use mine all the time. I just love figuring out if my destinations were built prior to 2005...

 

i just like the look with the double din and the stock navi rather then the non-navi

 

i have it both stock navi head and the beatsonic double din kit already hahaah

 

Hope your LS 430 project turns out the way you envision, if that is what you really want. But, if you may be a daily customer of California dispensaries, maybe knock that off for a few days and then see what you think...?

 

Nothing dates a car faster than a nav unit.......it looses a lot of the timeless appeal with a screen camping there
