Default Audiocontrol lc2i question

So I'm trying to install my sub set up the right way and bought this audio control line out converter.. It's rates at 400watts. But my amp is at 900 watts. Will this line out converter hold up? I will be pulling from the rear own sub power

I assume the amp you are adding after the conversion is 900 watts. In that case the wattage of your amp has absolutely nothing to do with the rating. That's input wattage from the factory amp which I believe is about 60 watts. You should be more than fine. I am using a cheap PAC converter without any problems. My subs are about as loud as they can be with the factory amp running the door speakers.
