My 04 LS430 ML is approaching 145k miles. Have kept up with all maintenance and runs excellent.
I wanted some suggestions as to what I should for maintenance or tune up at 145k miles?
Couple issues that came up recently are electrical which include tire sensors and driver door actuator.
After reading on here and making some calls the actuator is pricey! Any suggestions on where I can get that for cheap would be appreciated. Also, all my tires are on point with pressure so it must be the sensor..does this mean I have to change all the sensors? How do I know which one is bad?
I drove my last LS to 197k and started to get some inner tire wear I could not explain as mechanically I kept up on the car. I had the Toyota dealer align it, then a good frame shop check the alignment and it was dead on(these things hold alignments well). When I got my second 04 I had em do an inspection and the head tech explained the struts where prolly not leaking on my old one when I mentioned it to him but they had weakened and the weight of the engine was causing some sag. When I rotated the tires all 4 where getting inner tire wear but it still drove and steered fine. They would have done some extra shimming or something to compensate. (One of the reason I sold it is this and a few other things where approaching some bucks).
So guess while the ride was not that compromised from the weak shocks/struts, as my new LS drove better but not night and day, keep an eye on tire wear and or think about new struts/shocks(whatever they are).

Thanks for any input!
There are no pressure sensors in your tires. A computer observes tire rotation and compares them, then signaling that a tire has incorrect pressure (caused by changed tire rotation).
I don't remember the exact procedure to reset the Tire Pressure warning light, but it is in the owner's manual.
If you don't have one, logon to Lexus.com and they will send you one free.
You can also download it in PDF format.

There's a button beneath the dash, right side of steering column. You virtually need to stick you head down under there to find and see it. It needs to be reset whenever you make any kind of change to the tires.
Thanks everyone. I've reset the tire sensor numerous times before, drive for about 5 miles then comes back. All tires are good, at this point I guess I just have to deal with that light.

No, you don't just "Reset" it, you have to "Initialize" the system. It's been covered here several times -
To do this, turn ignition to "ON" , but do not start. Then hold reset button in until the word "INITIALIZE" appears in your dash display.

That's exactly how I've always reset it. I did it again, exactly how you stated and I didn't see "initialize" come up but it removed the low tire warning. I haven't drove it yet but hopefully it stays off this time. Thanks

Well, as far as I know, unless you get the "Initialized" message on the dash, you've only reset the system. We'll see how that goes.
I just did it to my '04 again, to verify it - After holding button down a few seconds , while ignition is ON but not started, message comes on that says "Pressure Initialize", and then release button.
