I have had my 06 LS/ML since November and one lingering problem is my side mirror (drivers side). The mirror loses its memory setting on a regular basis. This typically happens after putting the car in reverse and the mirrors go down or after starting the car. The mirror setting doesn't go back to its programmed position and I have to continue to re-adjust it. No problem with the passenger side mirror. Anyone had this issue and maybe have a solution? Really irratating. Most of the time I don't notice it until I need it and it's pointing up in the sky or way too far outside.

i have the same issue with the passenger side

 

Sometimes it doesn't bother me but other times...... very frustrating.

 

yeah i know what you mean it was just replaced so i guess it has somethign to do with that ..im try removing the negative battery terminal and seeing if that works

 

any updates? I face the same problem also, and when I computer check it, I get something like miscommunication between the mirrors error.
