Angry LS430-2001UL engine noise

I purchased a LS430-2001UL /80K from Florida 4 months ago to replace my other LS430 total lost.During this cold season, every morning when I start engine , there is loud continuous clatting noise which stay until car was warmed up then disappeared leave car back smooth and quiet ,way it was
for a LS.
Some forum explained about "buckets" or "hydraulic lifters bleeding down"??, so must take time to get pressure back in order for oil up ?? Because car originated from Florida no experience cranking during cold morning. My family owned different LS gen : Ls 400-91/93/95/96/98 -RX300-330 and last total lost LS430-01, it's first time I experience these noises.Car was parked in carport, no heat. Any one have experienced with this matter, and how to fix it ?Please help.
One additional thing is front seats make squeezing noise while adjusting. Some one know how and where to add some oil to them? Your help is very appreciated. Thanks in advance

Does it sound almost like a supercharger whine? if so, then its normal.

It's definitely not normal for the engine to make those kinds of noises, especially not for that long (until it's warmed up), and not every time the engine is started. I recommend you get it checked out soon because the parts making the noise are probably experiencing an increased wear rate during the period that they're making the excessive noise.

I've personally heard an LS that would make a valve-train noise for a few seconds upon start-up, but as soon as pressurized oil made it to the top end (valve train), it was quiet -- probably about 2 or 3 seconds of noise. The owner reported that it did it a couple times per year after the car had sat for a couple weeks. I know this guy and trust the frequency claim to be true.

What weight oil is in the car? Many folks in northern climates run a winter weight (thinner) oil in their vehicles during the cold months to maximize oil flow on cold startups. I imagine shops in Florida don't see a need to do this.

Just to put it out there, my recent CPO LS430 was in for service just this last month for a ticking noise at start up. It turned out to be the VVT actuator (something to do with the camshaft. (when they took the part out, they compared it to the new one and found that mine had some play in it, and that's what was making the noise. If it was not for CPO, It would have been a costly fix being that the manifold needed to be taken apart to replace the part. They also replaced the timing belt tensioner and belt, as well as the oil pump while they were trouble shooting. Works for me, as I wont have to do it at 100k. Yippie!

Default engine noise

Hi ,
Good new for me, have mechanic checked during 28 F morning and noise is from steering wheel pump. Day before, car was parked inside heated shop, so start very smooth, no noise. He concluded pump a little weak but no need to do anything for now. Thanks your guys for your nice input.
