Ls 600 Engine ticking noise

Ls 600 Engine ticking noise
had my LS 600 since 2012, it has always made a spiratic ticking noise. It would come & go but as of late, it has been pretty consistent & has gotten worse. Sound is reminiscent of a stuck lifter. What is this ??! Any help is appreciated!!

Thanks for the Reply Keith. Car runs & functions fine. Im going to try some injector cleaner (im sure that wont solve anything) then maybe look at replacing the pump. Any idea what kind of job that is?
