Default Code P0031 (O2 Sensor)

I grabbed a new Denso sensor, but I want to also check the harness from the engine to the plug. Is the best way to access that by removing the wheel/tire and inner fender liner?

What resistance should a new sensor show? I am checking both black wires and getting 16 ohms on a new sensor, which seems high from what I have read online.

AI says reading can be 5-25 ohms.

Yea, Gemini was telling me anything above 6 was faulty or the wrong sensor.

That's why I came here to see if there's any more info
