Part identification

Could anyone help me figure out what this trim piece is called? it seems someone glued it back on, on mine and it has come loose from washing the car

Link works for me. Anyone else have problems with it.
I do sometimes see a message that says "Too many requests" but that is just the server being busy. A refresh usually resolves that.
