The actual door cards are and leather are in AWESOME condition. I really dont want to lose the cream leather here. But, as you can see. The screws and plastics are showing every day of their near 30 years
Arm Rest Drivers Side Towards Dash Passenger side, control clip and armrest screw.
I don't have an LS, but I used to have a 1995 Acura Legend. All the interior panels were soft touch with plastic insides and this happened to several pieces. I was able to just disassemble each cracked piece and epoxy (I believe it was the JB Weld brand?) each piece. Let it dry for 24 hours, gently screwed it back together and it never had an issue again.
The slot you photographed in the quote above (at the end, nearest to the opening for the handle) that holds the metal clip from the door lock switches is very common to break. It doesn't really hurt anything when it's gone
You could fix it with epoxy and the old piece, or perhaps get a paper clip and epoxy it on top of the plastic, rebuilding the slot. This may lead to the controls being raised though.
Yep I'll try to epoxy that one on the left side. The right side or driver side in my case, is much worse and I think I'll just have to search for an intact chocolate brown arm rest as a replacement. Unfortunately everything is blue or beige here.
I am having a hard time finding any cars with brown armrests. They are all the same color as the door insert and not the darker brown color as found on the top of the door card and the dash

yes they are hard to get. id just keep an eye out on ebay for some or start hitting the junkyards and see if you can find them that way
The clip looking thing just find some hard plastic, cut a piece to fit, epoxy the edges on and add a layer of epoxy to backside. The crunched up area, same story, epoxy the edges together and fill the backside with a good layer of epoxy over broken areas.Ive done some really fine repairs of bad plastic with bits of plastic and epoxy.
