Default Help Needed - Lower Control Arms

I have 2000 Lexus LS400 with 121K. Today I took the car for an alignment and they asked me that I need to replace the Lower control arms. I was looking for multiple threads but i found about lower ball joint.

Can you guys please help me where can I find the replacement parts and what are my choices? Can I replace the bushings only or do I need to replace the entire arms?

Thanks for your help in advance.

I dont believe you need control arms at 127K, but here is your front end (2000) what is posted above is not your year model..

With Billy. The higher possibility would be the strut/caster bar or lower ball joint.

If your lower bushing is no longer intact, then you have two choices, buy new lower arms, around $220 a piece at Lexus or just buy the bushing, which is around $30-40 online and press them in. I opted for the second since the metal part of the arm never fatigues or wears out. At this stage, you'll probably save a ton of money if you go buy a 12T press and do all the bushings in our cars vs. buying new upper/lower arms and strut rod arms, etc.
