Shocks replacement (1994 LS400)
Took my car to the mechanic this morning. He started on the job of replacing all four shocks at 8:30am.
its now 12:30pm and he's not near done.
Is it safe to assume he didn't read any of the documents I presented to him from this forum on shortcuts and how to's ??
Or does it seriously take more than 4 hrs.
They claim they haven't been working on any other cars during this time.

Can be about right depending on their familiarity and tools on hand. Installing a lowered suspension is faster because the length is shorter and easy to get in place. Stock height takes a bit of fudging.
