How do I get rid of this annoying pop up ?

You may have some malwares or the OS you use may have open back doors.
I don't see any pop up at all as is the screen shot attached below.
May be because I don't use the Windows OS. The Windows OS has so many windows/back doors that can be opened easily by someone who has bad intentions.
The other day, I saw Clublexus pages at a local shop using a Windows PC there and I was forced to see annoying pop ups and commercials.
I suggested the shop owner,"Why don't you use the Linux Mint like I do? It's now very easy to use".
