Default ucf 20 celsior problems

I live in japan and not speaking japanese its vary hard to get information i have found some fixes on here and im going to try them this weekend one new problem i have is the trac off light keeps coming up now when i was cleaning the throtle body i removed the sensor on the first buttfly valve i am wondering if there is a special way to put it back on. i went to a toyotpet to get the ecu reset to stop the trac off light from blinking they told me i would have to replace the throtle body. after they reset it i left turned off my car went into a store got back into the car turned it on and the light started to blink agian. i also have the powersteering problem wondering if its a oring on the hose the leak looks to be coming from the bottom of the pump where the hoses goes in any info on parts needed to fix that would be great. the stalling issue after long drives hopefully the added vacume line works ill try that this weekend. also whats a good size navi to install. thanks for any information.

what year is the car? it may vary in japan from our cars here in the states but half of the UCF20s did not have VVTi (95-97) and the other half does (98-00).

Why don't you try to replace the throttle body? They are now only 2-3K Yen these days in Japan.

95-96 cars do NOT have VVTI, and it's not next to the filter box. VVTI stands for variable valve timing which is a function inside the motor and valve train. since you have a non-VVTI motor, i would change the throttle body as well since it's much cheaper. from what i know in japan the dealers are fairly honest.

Contact with Yamae. he is a very kind Japanese man, and always willing to help. Look at his Link, those are second hand. otherwise try ebay.com.

No, it is not that expensive. 2-3K Yen is 20-30 US dollars. Because 100 Yen is about 1 US dollars now.

the trac control sensor is not adjusted correctly. The throttle body is fine. I'm thinking about trying to set it but I just bought a juction exhaust. I have the new toy iich spent all day trying to find a muffiler hanger and mount. The original muffler mount uses two rubber orings holding the muffler in place. the new muffler has a straight with a 90 deg bend, the old mufler had a hook. since the new muffiler does not have a hook im going to use a u-bolt and attach that to the muffler mount. this will allow me to use the correct muffler rubber hanger and not have to worry about it falling off.
