ROCA for what? the front strut rod? Or the rear carrier?

Heard about them but nobody i know has bit the bullet. Frankly when the OEM SRB (2nd gen) are so reasonably priced (

PD,
I meant the rear.
I changed pretty much everything in the front with OEM parts on my 99LS - inner +outer tie rods, LBJs, struts, UCAs and strut rods. The only thing I used non-OEM was the links, also didn't touch front control arm bushing. I am a big fan of the stock ride quality, don't want to change a thing.

As for rear, years ago I changed a bushing in rear knuckle with a poly, I think it was the trailing arm. That was the only thing in rear suspention that got changed.
Nothing else was ever changed there.
The car was 137K miles then, I have 206K now.

My question what goes first in rear suspention? I can't say I have sypmtoms, just want to be proactive. What sypmtoms do people experience when rear suspension gets worn?
I asked about ROCA since I know they are not poly, wanted to see if they are worth using in rear if I want stock ride.

In my opinion the rear carrier arm and the rear sway bar bushings go first in the rear. The poly bushings don't noticeably change the rear ride nearly as much as they do when you install them in the front strut rods. The Roca's could be a better ride, but I would worry about longevity compared to stock or poly.

Took apart rear suspension today,
rear upper control arm ball joints and the ball joint in the lower arm that connects to knuckle are too easy to rotate, no play when I try compressing them with channel locks, but quite a bit of movement when you just turn it from side to side and they rotate too...99LS 206K miles
The strut rod bushing in knuckle I replaced over 50K ago with poly is good, the other bushing in knuckle(arm that is parallel to half axle) is shot, both sides.

I would be interested in what you have done as well! Can you post up some pics? I know this was from April. But I'm working on mine now and this would be helpful, to see what you replaced, what it is called and what you your placed it with

Here is my thread on this.
