Popped in Silverstar Sylvania's

That is unusual. I had to take a pair of pliers to my 9005 bulb to make it slide into the 9006 smoothly. Maybe the GS socket doesn't have the tab inside that blocks the 9005 bulb from locking?

9005 Silverstars = 1700 Lumens @65w
9006 Silverstars = 1000 Lumens @55w
Now, that means both would equal 2700 Lumens (i hope I'm right ) -- HID is 3200 Lumens (4100k). I am basically repeating what Paddy Wagon wrote in one of his earlier threads.
I have 9005 Silverstar Sylvania's in my headlights.
I got these in my 9006 socket with no modification! Fits tight as hell (but no clicking sound/snapping when attatched). Fit is good, so I'm not sure if I should be worried or not.
I have 9006 Silverstar Sylvania's in my foglights.
Transfered my old ones from my headlights to my fogs. Bright.
During daytime, it is sometimes yellowish, which kind of upsets me, but it's ok. I'll wait until night time to take some more pics, but here are some.

Here's a big pic of the first picture I showed you guys.
Changed EVERYTHING BUT THE CAR to grayscale so now the color of the lights really stand out.

Lumens
You are correct, Grasshopper.
2700 Lumens. SilverStars are great!
I run HID now, so with my 9006 fogs: 3200+1000=4200 Lumens
Plus add in my 9005 Silverstar High beams: 5900 Lumens
and If I do the 9005 swap on the fogs: 6800 Lumens
and buy an HID fog light kit? Hmmm. 10,000?
Again, SilverStars are great, but HID is way beyond great. So bright.

Hey Mike! What's up bro? Glad you like them. I'm enjoying them so much! Good deal if you ask me!
I plan on doing something to my DRL/Parking Lights -- it looks way too orangish/yellow now.
Here's some more shots (NIGHT) with 9005's in my headlights and 9006's in my fogs.
btw, this shot was good but I had to reduce the ISH out of it.

Oh cool -- you instant messaged me on my phone and told me that you were gonna pick some up.
With my experience, they are a lot brighter. Especially since now I have the higher voltage 9005's in place of my 9006 headlights.
They're temporary until I can afford an HID conversion kit.

I told you all about these a while back!
They are simply awesome for the money! I run 9006 in my fogs and they totally compliment my factory HID. Of course you'll notice that I went with clear fogs as I think they accent HID better IMO. Another thing guys, you can count on Sylvania (lighting authority) to last probably the life of the car! That's why I did not go with PIAA's or other expensive non-lasting brands.
Oh one more thing, I personally like the "CONTRAST" that the blander factory wedge bulbs have at night up against HID. It makes the xenons stand out that much more.
