just email them directly, i think their email address is on their website. they took care of about 3-4 of my replacement bulbs already this month. i think they got a bad batch of bulbs like someone mentioned previously but the new sets that came in are working fine for me.

 

hope my replacement 3ks will turn out yellow.

i didnt send the bulbs back, they sent me a new pair.

 

I got my replacement today...One is yellow other is still green...

Getting tired of it so I asked for 5k bulbs...and ill send them 4 bulbs back which I doubt they can resale...

I've had my 3000K HID kit installed since 12/7 and no problems. $29.99 fog light upgrade was very inexpensive...

New user wanting to ask some questions. I have a 2004 RX 330 and am looking to replace the lights (havent replaced them since). Do these come with HID lights stock or something else? (how would I check) Also your website lets you select your car but only rx300 as on options, im assuming as long as I put in the right year itll be for the right RX model?

Also when installing high beam or low beam are they done separately or are they somehow connected to each other?

 

looks like the ballasts part of the black friday special have some issues with flickering. all 3 sets i ordered flicker on start up.

Were these the slim or regular ballasts?
I ordered a slim but with the weather wont be installing till spring.. I hope mine is okay>
