It depends if your car came stock halogen for low beam or stock HID for low beam. If it's stock halogen, then your bulb type is below

I read in some earlier posts that there's a one year warranty on all parts from you guys, and I'm in need to cash in on that warranty as my drivers side ballast died on me last night (I verified this by swapping it with the passenger side one).

How do I go about getting a new one? Do I need to email you directly with my order number and info?

I ordered the 6000k fog kit and 6000k high bulbs on Friday afternoon. Three hours later I got an email notifying me that they had shipped. I received them yesterday, and installed them today!

What an all around great transaction. Michelle was very helpful and patient with a number of questions I had for her. The kit and bulbs went on pretty easily and work and look perfect.

Next up ... drl's, lows, turn signals and parking.

yeah got my new ballasts and bulbs installed and working great , thank you michelle ,

 

I just ordered 3000k for my fogs should of done it sooner so i could of gotten it before the weekend lol but hope fully its super fast shipping and i can get it saturday lol what sucks is that i inputed the wrong dam code and got the $15 off instead the $17 haha oh well its all good =D

 

installed the kit the other day..everything went well but the 3000k wasnt as yellow as i thought it be =(

 

^^Yup! I bought the bulbs too and they were greenish. Then the ballast got blamed for the bulbs not being yellow, which is bullsht. I've bought bulbs from cliffud and his were on point! But he doesn't sell them anymore. I'm going to buy bulbs else where. Sorry but to HIDXTRA

 

^^ yea mine are kind of greenish too but i was thinking it was nt cuz maybe i was staring at them to long waiting for it to get yellower lol but my wife was like no they are a little greenish haha..to me its not far from halogen color just brighter..so do u think i can get bulbs elsewhere etc with the same ballast and hopefully get them yellower? oh yea i used your fog install write up thanks helped alot

 

^^haha good I'm glad it's still helping people. Well HIDXTRA is replacing ONE bulb so we'll see what happens. If it's still yellow I'm going to throw them in the garbage and get them somewhere else. So if I find some I'll let you know where I got them. I miss cliffud, his stuff was awesome. Fired up yellow in seconds and not greenish REGARDLESS OF THE BALLAST.

 

sucks only 1 bulb haha but i been reading these forums etc and dont post lol but i read that i thought u had some techone hid?

 

^^You are correct. I've had terrible luck with 3000k bulbs in general and eventually the bulbs went bad and I've replaced them with cliffud's bulbs from MobileHID and they worked everytime. Techone is gone now just like most HID companies, they all come and go.
