I know your policy seems to be before 3pm, can get shipped next day.

My kit was shipped!!! great service so far! I cannot wait to install my new lows!

 

Great Product and even better customer service. Installed kit last night on my car because my mobile HID kit died on me. No clunky wiring like before. All plug and play. No relay needed and ballast really are not THAT big. My old ones were larger in fact.

Hey michelle i got an email saying "Your item has been shipped" But when i check the given USPS number, it states "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 30, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date"

Is USPS just slow to update their tracking?

interesting, when did you order?

 

I ordered mine last week; after I ordered it, the next day Michelle emails me that the 3000k HID's are back ordered and will not come in until this friday (2/5).

I have no idea why the USPS tag was made on friday, if the item has not been shipped yet.

I was curious why that happened ? I hope everything is okay or Michelle responds here.

 

i just checked and USPS has changed my status to having left oakland 2/1. I guess thats where HIDXTRA is located? So i think they made shipping slips for everything going out soon friday and shipped some out friday and monday.

Please understand that the post office has to come pick it up after we print the label and get the package ready, we do have over 1000 kits going out each day, sometimes the post office may SKIP a package in scan (LAZINESS) and this is something we cannot control, basically wait 4-7 days after you get that message and you should get your package, otherwise give me a call after that.

just orderd mine sunday, mine says the same thing...hope to see them soon...HID 6000k fog lights are next!

 

The shipment came quickly. Ordered late Thursday afternoon and received the following Monday.

The 6000K DS2 looks whiter than the OEM HID. However, I notice the OEM HID provides better/brighter illumination on the road. It's the price to pay to play. Overall, I am satisfied initially. Let's see how long the bulbs will last.
